Apparently photographing children is not easy as they tend not to know how to hold a pose, but this artist makes it look so easy. The artist has managed to capture a beautiful expression in this photo here. Of course the upside of photographing children is the naturalness of their every expression. What I find really striking here is the lyrical curvature of the shapes and lines of the face, leading me to really think about how something so simply constructed as a face can be such a deep and expressive canvas.

The artist has a good eye for framing faces. I find the angle and space that the face takes up really complements the facial features of the subject. Allowing us to enjoy the purity of the expression to it's fullest. The choice for black and white pallet was also a good one that add to this same purity of expression and beauty.

The artist seems to have artificially blurred or smudge the edges of the photo towards the right. This is the one things about the work that I will leave a question mark on. I feel like this blurring detracts from the sharpness of the face and is a little bit distracting for the viewer.

Overall the photo is beautifully done. I encourage the artist to continue with their good work.
